Orders & Shipping
Most items on our website are in-stock and ready to ship, except items that requires sizing and special ordered items. Most orders for in-stock items are processed as soon as your online purchase is completed and will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is received and your address is verified. Standard sizes for most rings are size 7 for women and 10 for men.
Additional charges may be added for additional services. Some materials, sizes and custom designs must be special ordered and may take additional processing time and service charges.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and arrive at your designated shipping destination according to the delivery method you selected when you place your order. Upon shipping you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
We take and ship orders within the United States only. We do not ship to a P.O. Box address currently. A physical street address and a signature upon receipt are required for delivery.
Orders will be shipped to your billing address, unless otherwise specified at the time of placing order. We can also ship your order to your work place or any other convenient location. For more details you can contact our Support team at info@jewelersonmain.com.
Returns and Repairs
As a company, we value our customers and strive to provide you with best shopping experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our product and services.
Online purchases can be returned within 7 days after delivery date and will be accepted for credit or exchange only in U.S if returned in Saleable condition along with its original sales invoice, diamond/jewelry certificate, all complementary/gift items, all original packaging and collateral material. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
Once we receive your returned item and collateral material, our Quality Assurance Department will review and inspect it and only after it is accepted, your refund will be processed in few days.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Special ordered or custom made items, and resized or engraved items may not be returned. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges within 3 weeks of receiving your return.
Please make sure to securely pack and fully insure any returns along with its original sales invoice and packaging materials. Return packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments in Transit. Please make sure to include your Reason for Return.
